Do I need to purchase a seat for my baby even if the baby is on my lap?

We do not charge for children 2 and under. We also strongly encourage bringing a car seat and letting us know at the time of booking that you will be bringing an infant. We can provide child safety seats or booster seats on request.

What is your tour refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure. All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer rescheduling options for a future tour date subject to availability. No shows will be charged 100% without rescheduling option.

What do I need to bring for the tour?

Check the weather before coming for what to wear. We recommend sunglasses, a comfortable hat and a camera. On sunny days, you may want to bring some sunscreen and ChapStick. 

How can I make a reservation?

Are you insured/licensed?

Yes. We are fully insured and licensed by the state regulatory agency the California Public Utilities Commission (PSG0042058) We encourage all guests to Los Angeles to check that every company is properly licensed and insured before booking any activity. You can search for a company’s passenger carrier license on the California PUC website.

Are your tours accessible to people in wheelchairs?

We are committed to providing full accessibility to customers in wheelchairs and we do not discriminate on the basis of physical disability or for any other reason. We are ADA-compliant and all our tours are fully accessible. However, we do advise you to notify us of any special requirements at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time, so we can make a note of it on your reservation and make adequate arrangements.

How will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets or private invoice will be emailed to you.

How much do private tours cost?

Private tour prices are based on your unique needs. Please call or email to understand your privately curated price.

Is parking available?

You can park in our lot with LAZ Parking at 1711 N Cahuenga Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. 

How clean is your Trolley?

We take your safety seriously. We at The Parlor Car want you to have a carefree time while enjoying your sightseeing tour and we go out of our way to sanitize The Parlor Car after every excursion. If you are feeling ill or have an unsafe temperature, we ask that you postpone your tour.
